Keep up with ChromaBLOGraphy — new subscription option added

I love it when a new post goes up here on ChromaBLOGraphy, because I know I’m going to learn something. The problem is, it’s all too easy to miss something.

I’m happy to announce that there are now two ways to make sure that doesn’t happen to you. We give you the options of subscribing via e-mail, or via RSS.

The e-mail approach is by far the simplest. Just click the “Subscribe” link in the right column, type your address and click the “Subscribe” button, and then click the link in the confirmation e-mail you’ll receive. Three clicks and a tiny bit of typing. Boom!

You can fill out the subscription form right here in this post, if you’d rather.

Unsubscribing is just as easy, should you ever want to.

But e-mail signups aren’t for everyone. We therefore provide another way to stay up-to-date: RSS (Really Simple Syndication).

One of the best-kept secrets of ChromaBLOGraphy is our RSS feed. To subscribe, just visit http://blog.restek.com/?feed=rss2 (this link appears at the foot of every page, as “Entries (RSS)”). Even though it looks like a regular web address, most browsers won’t do a very good job of showing an RSS feed. You’ll want to set it up in a reader. Those who already know and love RSS feeds are way ahead of me. For those who want to know more about them, here is a helpful link.

There are also many (many!) mobile apps for RSS. Find one you like for your device, and you can take your ChromaBLOGraphy to go.
